High-pressure misting systems
The systems operate between 800 and 1200 psi (pounds per square inch) of water pressure to ensure cooling without wetting, unlike cheap, off-the-shelf, low-pressure systems.

Misters cool you down without wetting you, even in high humidity
Our misting systems will work very effectively in both low and high levels of humidity. In high humidity, misting fans are recommended over misting lines. As the ultra-fine mist evaporates, it absorbs heat from the air and significantly drops the temperature without wetting you. Even at high humidity levels, the effects of the system will be felt with a rapid drop in temperature making you feel fresh, cooler and more comfortable.

A reliable, high-quality, misting pump ensures your misting fans and misting lines will produce a consistent ultra-fine mist with flash evaporation to cool without wetting. Coolzone builds misting pumps of the highest quality sourced from premium overseas manufacturers, primarily in Europe and assembled in our Australian factory using a combination of Australian and overseas components, all assembled and tested in our Sydney factory. All our pumps are supplied standard with safety equipment such as low water pressure switches and thermal overloads.
Coolzone offers a range of misting pumps to suit a customer’s particular requirements. From micro pumps with a capacity of 16 nozzles, perfect for small cafes and domestic use, up to large industrial pumps with a capacity of 400 nozzles, suitable for large commercial, industrial or street misting applications.
